湖南城市學院（Hunan City University）位于湖南省益陽市，其辦學歷史可追溯到創(chuàng)辦于1970年春的益陽師范高等?？茖W校。2002年3月經教育部批準與湖南城建高等?？茖W校合并，升格為全日制普通本科層次院校。

根據(jù)2016年4月學校官WANG顯示，該校校園占地面積1568畝，有校本部和朝陽校區(qū)兩個校區(qū)，建筑面積53.4萬平方米。擁有資產8.6億元，其中教學儀器設備總值1.4億元。下設16個二級學院，開辦本科專業(yè)47個，有全日制普通本?？圃谛Ｉ?6600多人，成人教育學生6500多人。

   湖南城市學院雖然是本科學院，但是此次采購我們的鐵電材料測試系統(tǒng)，為了提高學院的綜合實力，正如其學院的所提倡的知行統(tǒng)一的理念，相信學院以后會發(fā)展的越來越好。

  ZT-4A(X)鐵電測試儀有兩個高壓樣品池,一個封閉式的，一個開放式的，方便進行不同樣品的測試.同時提供了一個薄膜測試平臺，專門對薄膜進行研究測試的.

It has an asset of 860 million yuan, of which the total value of teaching instruments and equipment is 140 million yuan. It has 16 secondary colleges and 47 undergraduate programs. Zt-4a (X) ferroelectric tester has two high-voltage sample pools, one closed and one open, which is convenient for testing different samples. At the same time, it provides a film testing platform, which is dedicated to the research and testing of thin films.
